Bubo Arts Collective

Emerging Program member

The residency program will be open to visual artists in all stages of their careers, from emerging to professional, for stays of 2-12 weeks. Artists of all ages, disciplines, and nationalities will have the chance to design their own program and work uninterrupted at their own pace.

Although residents will be free to work as independently as they like, there will be an emphasis on providing artists-in-residence with numerous opportunities to interact and become involved with the surrounding area. In addition to having the chance to teach classes and give public presentations, residents will also be able to collaborate with local artists, visit area schools, and even mentor a local art student for a day.

The ultimate goal of Bubo Arts Collective will not only be to provide a wide range of artists the time and space to create, but also to leave a lasting impression on the community, ensuring that the program is mutually beneficial to both visiting and local artists alike.

Please visit our website (buboarts.org) for more information and to pre-apply for a residency!
